Raoul Ventura is an Italian photographer, filmmaker and director based in Milan, working across fashion, advertising and independent visual storytelling.
His work begins with observation. Drawn to gestures, encounters and fragments of everyday life, he looks for stories in the details that often go unnoticed. Across campaigns, films and personal projects, he balances aesthetic research with authenticity, using light, movement and human presence to shape each narrative.
Working across still and moving images, he follows projects from concept to final edit, developing a visual language shaped by each subject.
His work includes collaborations with ELLE, GQ Japan, Cavalli Home, RRD, ADD, Motta, Buccellati, Leo Pizzo and Tommy Hilfiger.
Alongside commercial work, he develops personal projects exploring the relationship between people and places, and the traces they leave on one another.
